Trip Protection - $45 per Night

Add Trip Protection to your reservation for greater flexibility and peace of mind.

Travel plans can change unexpectedly due to weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your stay with much more flexibility than our standard cancellation policy.

Flexible Cancellation with Trip Protection

With Trip Protection, you may cancel or reschedule your reservation up to 3:00 PM two (2) days before arrival and receive a full refund of all lodging charges, excluding the Trip Protection fee.

Without Trip Protection, cancellations are subject to our standard 14-day cancellation policy.

Late Cancellation Coverage

If you cancel after 3:00 PM two (2) days before arrival, your refund will be reduced to:

The cost of the first night’s stay (retained as a deposit), and
All Trip Protection fees paid.

This provides substantially more protection than a standard non-refundable cancellation.

Per Tent, Per Night Requirement

Trip Protection must be purchased for each tent for each night of your reservation.

Example:
If you reserve two tents for three nights, you will need to purchase six (6) Trip Protection units.

When to Purchase

Trip Protection may be added:

At the time of booking, or
Up to 15 days prior to check-in
Non-Refundable Fee

The Trip Protection fee itself is non-refundable, even if you cancel or reschedule your stay.

Exclusions

Trip Protection is not available for:

Group reservations
Buyout bookings
Certain special event packages
